Preface: Manager is a tall, lanky man in his late 40’s, who wears those glasses that second as sunglasses when the lenses hit natural light. He was hired a week before event took place.
Manager: Did you get your side work done?
Danielle: Yes, I did.
Manager: Get everything ready for Sunday? And for the wedding tomorrow?
Danielle: Yes and Yes. I’m on top of you.
Manager: (strange look from boss)
Danielle: Actually I mean ‘on top of IT’, right? Cause that would be awkward.
Manager: It’s already awkward.
